Start with the basics.

A dog activity consultation, step by step

What Happens After You Send It

We begin with a conversation, then build a plan around the dog in front of us. No guesswork.

  1. 01

    We read your enquiry

We’ll contact you personally to discuss location, preferred timing and whether the requested session suits your dog.

  2. 02

We get to know your dog

We’ll ask about goals, behaviour, health, mobility and anything that helps us make the first visit feel familiar.

  3. 03

We agree on a session plan

You’ll know the proposed activities, setting, pace and practical arrangements before a session is confirmed.

  4. 04

    We visit, update and review

After the first session, we share an update. Each block of visits ends with a review and any needed changes.

The Information That Shapes Your Dog’s Plan

Small details change what a good session looks like. We’ll ask before we set the pace.

Age, size and current fitness

A young dog, a senior and a dog returning to activity need different durations and ways to explore.

Energy, drive and social comfort

Tell us how your dog responds to other dogs and people, and what helps them settle or focus.

Mobility, injury history and vet advice

Share relevant restrictions or recovery guidance so proposed activities stay within your dog’s limits.

Favourite things and hard no’s

Favourite scents, games or toys can guide a session. Dislikes matter just as much.

Timing, Access and Multiple Pets

We’ll confirm the arrangements with you before the first visit. Clear instructions help your dog start calmly.

  • Recurring visits

Tell us if you’re looking for a regular weekly time. We’ll discuss available slots and how much notice is needed for changes before confirming a schedule.

  • Home access

We’ll agree on entry, key handling, parking and any on-site instructions with you beforehand.

  • More than one pet

List every pet you’d like us to consider. We’ll discuss whether a shared visit or separate activities are appropriate.

  • Veterinary or trainer input

If a vet or trainer has made a referral or given guidance, mention it in your enquiry. We’ll ask how that information should guide the session plan.

Before confirming ongoing visits, you can review our terms of service and privacy policy.

Before you get in touch

Before You Send Your Enquiry

A few common details can help you decide what to include. We’ll answer the rest in person.

How soon will I hear back?

We review enquiries personally and reply as soon as we can. If your timing is urgent, call +61 473 097 735 rather than waiting for an email reply.

Do we always need a meet-and-greet?

We’ll discuss what’s suitable for your dog and the requested activity. If an introduction is needed before a visit, we’ll agree on that with you first.

What if my preferred day isn’t available?

Include another day or a flexible time if you can. We’ll talk through the options when we reply.

What if the requested format doesn’t suit my dog?

We’ll explain the concern and discuss whether a different activity, setting or pace may be a better fit. We won’t confirm a plan that doesn’t feel appropriate.

Can recurring visits be paused and resumed?

Let us know what you have in mind. We’ll explain the notice and scheduling arrangements that apply before you commit to ongoing visits.
